Tickets section shows all of your open and closed tickets over a certain time period with their priorities and icon to edit, bookmark anddelete any ticket. You can also see list group of ticket categories with badges.

Ticket Detail has information about ticket id, option to bookmark, edit, and delete ticket you can check replies of both customer and support agent. On rightyou can see if ticket is verified,it's status, selected project, customer's name, support agent's name,catergory,creation date, and response time.
